Anushree is the Director of Programs at Aangan. She provides strategic guidance to ensure that all programs align with the organization's vision and mission and drive impactful outcomes.

With three decades of multifaceted work experience across various organizations—including NGOs, government bodies, bilateral agencies, and UN organizations—Anushree has worked in South Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, and the Caribbean. She has led initiatives in health, education, child protection, gender equality, and livelihoods. Throughout her diverse career, her focus has been on facilitating the flow of information to the most marginalized, ensuring their voices are heard, and making sure that programs are informed by these voices. She holds a degree in Science with a specialization in Child Development.
