Chaitali Sheth has been COO at Aangan since 2013. At Aangan Chaitali manages the programmatic and operational functions, across teams and states. She oversees and provides strategic direction to teams ensuring that the organizational vision is achieved. She also co-leads and supports the fundraising, advocacy and communication efforts of Aangan with the government, funders and other civil society organisations. 

She has a masters in management of training and development from the University of Edinburgh andhas spent more than two decades in the development sector working with a diverse range oforganisations, both nationally and internationally.While her core strengths lie in building strongoperational and management systems, she is deeply passionate about child rights, social justice, andempowerment of marginalised groups.
